Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. You may exchange the merchandise for another colour, a different size, or an entirely new style.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected—you may return or exchange the merchandise. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 10 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.
We do not return or exchange gift certificates, jewellery, bags and sunglasses once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect.

1.On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
2.Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.

Once received, our team will study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange request will be processed.

Alternatively, you can exchange the merchandise for another style or size at any of our exclusive stores. Find your nearest store from the list available in the Store Locator section.
Visit any store from the list available in the Store Locator section within 10 days from the date of receiving the product for the exchange to be processed.
Please make note of the following points before visiting the store for a hassle-free exchange process:
1. Kindly carry the invoice copy along with the unused product.
2. If the newly selected merchandise value is more than the originally purchased merchandise value, then you may have to pay the difference amount.
We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.
We do not accept any damage complaints after 10 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.
